Gabriel Monteiro
CEO and co-founder of Newtail, with over 10 years of experience with digital retail. He founded Shopgram, a fashion and design marketplace, a startup acquired by B2W (now Americanas S/A) in 2015. At Americanas, he was responsible for managing the Submarine - the group's second largest e-commerce operation - leading a group of more than 100 employees and supporting the resumption of growth of more than 2 digits for the brand.
Rafael Amorim
CTO and co-founder of Newtail, with over 16 years building retail technology solutions. He was the founder of Admatic, a company acquired in 2015 by B2W and today Americanas S/A. At Americanas, he was responsible for creating Americanas Advertising, the first Retail Media tool in Brazil, raising hundreds of millions of reais in revenue and used by more than 3 thousand advertisers.
Diego Bonna
Co-founder of Newtail and responsible for the company's commercial area, he has more than 15 years of experience in sales management, large accounts, e-commerce and consumer goods. He was part of Rappi's starting team in Brazil and led the restaurant and CPG verticals. He has worked in several companies, such as Unilever, MARS, Raízen and Reckitt Benckiser.
