The Casas Bahia Group is a Brazilian retail company currently with a strong presence in online sales (1P and 3P) with its marketplace, in addition to more than 900 stores spread throughout Brazil. It is currently investing in its proprietary platform Casas Bahia Ads in partnership with Newtail.

Challenge

Achieving results with advertisers

With decentralized solutions running mainly through banners and sponsored products, Casas Bahia was unable to achieve the best results with its advertisers. In addition, a lock was found in consumption capacity and, due to technical reasons, it was not possible to consume the entire amount invested by the advertiser, causing frustration in the campaign that did not reach the expected volume and a decrease in amounts and recurrence of investments.
